
Bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment. Our professional
customer service team is available to assist with the spa treatment
best suited for your needs. Feel free to phone us for suggestions
or ideas that will enhance your spa experience. Bookings can be
made directly over the telephone or alternatively, you may email
us with requests. A deposit of $50.00 per service is required to
secure your booking. For those who choose not to book, we cannot
guarantee your required date or time.

ARRIVAL
DETAILS
To enjoy the full value of your spa experience with us, we suggest
that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. This
allows you to leisurely enjoy your check in, enjoy a refreshment,
shower and change (if required) after completing your treatment
form.
RUNNING
LATE?
Arriving late will unfortunately lessen your treatment time. We
sincerely regret keeping any client waiting; therefore we need to
adhere to all booking times. This ensures our therapists are ready
for your appointment.
NEED
TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING?
Due to client requests for services we require a minimum of 24 hours
notice for a cancellation as we reserve your therapist exclusively
for your booking. All booking deposits are refunded in full to you,
if the appropriate time of cancellation is given. Booking deposits
can be transferred to another date or taken in the form of a gift
voucher. If notice is not provided, your deposit will be forfeited.
ATTIRE
DURING YOUR TREATMENT
Our primary concern is your total relaxation. Our body treatments
will be more comfortable for you without clothing. Our professional
therapists are trained to drape towels to ensure your complete privacy
and comfort. We also provide disposable spawear should you prefer.

ETIQUETTE
To ensure that all clients enjoy a relaxing and stress free time
with us, we respectfully request that noise is kept to a minimum.
Mobile phones, pagers and any other electronic devices are not suitable
to our environment. Please turn off your phones/pagers before entering
the premises. We appreciate your co-operation in assisting us to
maintain the harmony of our Spa.
WHAT
TO WEAR
Loose comfortable clothing is recommended; sarong, robe and scuffs
are suggested items to bring. All public facilities are unisex and
swimsuits are required to be worn. Separate Male and Female change
rooms are available with toilet and shower facilities. Please avoid
using deodorant or moisturizers before your treatment. Please do
not bring valuables with you. Management cannot accept responsibility
for lost items.
TOWELS
/ ROBES
Towels for public facilities and robes can be hired on the day.
Please ask and pay your hire fee of $20.00, which is fully refunded
upon return of all items. Complimentary robes are provided to all
clients who book spa packages with us.
SPECIAL
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
To ensure your maximum health, safety and comfort we ask that you
fill out a personal health history form. This also allows our therapists
to give you the most beneficial and personalized treatment. Clients
who are pregnant, have high or low blood pressure, a heart condition
or any other serious medical concerns are advised to consult their
doctor before making any bookings and before using the spa’s
facilities.
GENERAL
INFORMATION
An adult must accompany children under 16 years of age all times.
We recommend that clients with chemically treated hair wear a bathing
cap. They can be purchased at reception prior to entering the Spa.
Alcohol and/or drugs is a contraindication to water and tactile
therapies, therefore you must refrain from these prior to any of
your treatments. We are strictly a non-smoking environment; you
cannot smoke on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse entry
to any client not adhereing to these rules.
If
you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please advise
our reception team at time of booking.
Please
note that all treatments are being provided at our Wellness Retreat
due to renovations of the main Bathhouse building - pools and sauna
are not available. Clients will be transferred by Chauffeur from
our main reception to the Wellness Retreat (2 minutes away) and
return.
RETAIL THERAPY
We have a selected line of retail products for you to choose from.
Products used in treatments are available to purchase, take the
time to browse in our reception area.
