1. Privacy
Your privacy has always been important to us. This document explains
the types of information we collect from our clients, and how we
use that information. It also provides details about your privacy
rights and our obligations to you under the Privacy Act 1988(Commonwealth).

our privacy policy, entitled Hepburn Spa Privacy Policy
2. Collection of your information
Personal information is any information about you that identifies
you or by which your identity can be reasonably determined. This
includes that information taken over the phone regarding booking
deposits, credit card details, and booking enquiries received online
through email and electronic transmission.
3. Use and disclosure of your personal information
Collecting your personal and sensitive information is essential
for Hepburn Spa to be able to conduct its business of providing
health and beauty products and services.
We will use your information only for the purposes of providing
our products and services to you and only for another reasonable
purpose if it is directly related to the provision of our services.
By collecting your information we can :
· Assess and ensure you are suitable for particular tactile
treatments and to access hydrotherapy treatments without having
adverse side effects;
· Provide continuity of service;
· Secure future bookings
4. Consent and confidentiality
Hepburn Spa will continue to treat your confidential information
responsibly and ethically as we have always done so.You are not
obliged to provide any details to us. However, failure to do so
will result in us being unable to provide the services to you. We
need to assess you to ensure that you are suitable for the particular
treatment you may require. However, wherever it is lawful or practical
to do so, we may offer you the opportunity to deal with us anonymously.
5. How you can gain access to your personal, health and
sensitive information.
You can request access to your information. Further, if you believe
that any information we have about you is incorrect or out of date,
you may request that we correct that information.
Your request is however subject to several exceptions allowable
by law. If we deny you access to your information we will provide
reasons to you.
To request access to your details, or any information, you may write
to us, telephone us, call into our office, or contact us online
and request:
(1) a copy of our Hepburn Spa Privacy Policy; and /or
(2) a form requesting access to, or correction of, your information.
A fee will be charged, but will of course be reimbursed if your
request is denied.

7. What you can do if you are not satisfied with our response.
If you are not satisfied with our response to any of your requests
or compaints you can refer your complaint to the Federal Privacy
Commission.
